20.09.2017

Korys increased its stake in Greenbyte by acquiring shares from historical shareholders who had been supporting the company from its early days in 2010. Among these shareholders are a number of business angels and the Swedish government investment firm Almi Invest. Korys entered into Greenbyte by subscribing to a capital increase in December 2016. During 2017 the company has deployed the capital for the enhancement of its product and services portfolio as well as the reinforcement of its sales team. The company has successfully signed contracts with new customers including larger players in the renewable energy sector both in Europe and in the US, a new geography offering a lot of potential going forward. By increasing its stake, Korys underpins its support to the company and its management team. Together with the founders, Korys will now fuel the company’s growth for the years to come.
